Manual Therapy

This is what sets us apart from other clinics. We use our expertise and make sure restrictions on tissue are removed and the body is moving as it should. The sensation of touch/feel is a powerful tool and lets the body know that everything will be okay!

Strength and Flexibility Training

Did you know that Physical Therapists are experts in movement. We take our training in the human body and apply our knowledge in exercise science to help you move better than ever.

Postural Training

Posture, Posture, Posture...what we hear all the time. One of the most common saying we hear is "I have bad posture". We work to help you understand what good posture is though sound patient education, current evidence in practice, and exercises.

Proprioceptive Training

Proprioception is the sense of knowing where our body parts are in relation to itself. This leads to the framework of balance and coordination that we use in everyday life. This training becomes an integral part of rehabilitation as it will prepare you  to be more efficient with movement.

Post Operatve Rehabilitation

We work closely with your surgeon to provide that best possible outcome after surgical intervention. We follow the protocol set forth by the surgeon and progress you accordingly to reach your goals.

Pre-Injury Screening

We utilize our unique observational skills and knowledge to perform a movement screen to identify any areas of movement that might need to be addressed to avoid further chance of injury. With the results of the screen, we can help create a home exercise program to help you maintain the world's most complicated machine - the body!

Movement Assessment and Analysis

Using our expertise and our critical eye, we can help ascertain any movement dysfunctions that can be causing some troublesome injuries you might have or develop. Using our assessments and your input, we can Crete a custom plan to help you get back to doing what you love with less worry for injury.

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

This unique brand of physical therapy requires extensive knowledge of anatomy and function to help rehabilitate dysfunctions that occur.  This is a common problem that no one ants to talk about so don't worry, we will use full discretion when treating. Please feel free to ask any questions you might have concerning this before making the appointment because we want you to feel comfortable.

Running/Gait Analysis

Are you not making good time while training for that 5K? Do you feel like you keep injuring yourself every time you run? There may be a way to help. We identify any inefficiencies in your running pattern by looking at the whole body while running and help you come up with a plan to correct them.

Motion and Biomechanical Analysis

Did you know that Physical Therapists are considered "Movement Experts"? Given our training in school, you better believe it! Using various assessments and observations, we can help determine dysfunctions you might have and help correct them with education, manual cueing, and exercise so that you can MOVE to the best of your ability!

Patient Education

This is our bread and butter. If you cannot understand what is going on, how can you expect to get better? We take the time to listen to what you have to say and explain what we find so that you can take ownership of your rehab process. The only way you'll get better is if you take charge. You know the saying "you can lead a horse to water....". This applies to the relationship between PT and patient!

We love questions! If theres is a brand of Physical Therapy or treatment option you do not see mentioned, please call us at (908)603-9605 and ask. If it is something we don't provide, we can help steer you in the right direction.
